Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

legit Unlimited is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, email support@uselegit.app and we will process it promptly.

Avoiding an unwanted renewal

Because the subscription renews automatically, the way to avoid a charge you do not want is to cancel before your renewal date. If you are unsure when that is, email us and we will tell you.

Refunds

legit is a digital service delivered immediately, so payments are non-refundable except in one case: if you request a refund within 24 hours of a charge, we will refund that charge. After 24 hours have passed from the time of a charge, that payment is non-refundable. This applies to both your first payment and any automatic renewal.

To request a refund, email support@uselegit.app within 24 hours of the charge and include the email address associated with your subscription.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
